Oprah's personal trainer gives 5 heart healthy tips



The story in the Tennessean.com showcases five pieces of advice from Bob Greene, Oprah's personal trainer and the virtual trainer for his EA Sports Active workout game for Nintendo Wii.

He reminds us of the importance of sleep, of cutting out the empty calories and emotional eating, of moving more (i.e. exercise.)

The other tip he includes is to assess our overall happiness, to evaluate our health, romance, other relationships, finances and career. "I want you actively understanding why you haven't done these things you know are good for you," Greene tells the Tennessean. "People who are successful at changing their unhealthy behaviors always go through a revelation about themselves."
